WORKOUT PROTEIN

Our WORKOUT Protein is your go-to recovery shake. Taken after your workout, it is design to replenish muscle glycogen and provide the fast digesting protein needed to kick start the rebuilding cycle.

It consists of 25g of whey isolate protein and 39g Super-Fast Carbs in the form of Maltodextrin Dextrose and waxy maize starch. As well as this over 7g BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids) per serving and over 5.5g Glutamine per serving.

SERVING SUGGESTION:  To mix, simply mix and shake 3 scoops of WORKOUT protein with 300ml of water, milk or milk substitute. Contains approx. 33 servings.
