Our PM Protein consists of slow digesting, ultra-premium quality micellar casein protein powder packed with protein, low in carbs, low in fat. It will drip feed your muscles with protein whilst you sleep optimising your recovery.

SERVING SUGGESTION:  To mix, simply mix and shake 1 scoop of PM Protein with 200ml of water, milk or milk substitute. Contains approx. 25 servings.
